Welcome to Foodie Thinking! My name is Steph and I’m here to learn and research along with you. As a previous personal sous chef in a high net worth residence, I’ve learned a few things about food already! Plating and experimenting with new recipes are two of my favorite parts about cooking. But my long term goal is to live strong, sustainable, healthy, pain-free, nutritious, and energetic for years to come. I’ve recently completed a course that has certified me as a health coach. Research shows that food can have a direct impact on all those things. That’s why it’s such an important topic to me, and I’m here to prove to you that you can actually start to crave what is good for you.
